Ingredients: Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Monosodium Glutamate, Ginger, Garlic, Mustard Seed, Basil, Thyme, Celery Seed, Oregano.
Instructions for Fried Chicken
1- Take 1 cups flour & whisk in about 1/4 cup of 11 Secret Herbs & Spices. 2 -Mix together 1/2 cup buttermilk & 1 egg.
3 - 4 pieces chicken
4- Oil for frying
Add chicken to buttermilk, soak for 20 mins. Shake off excess & dredge in flour/seasoning mix. Let rest for 30 mins. Fry in oil till done and drain on paper towel.

Shake or rub to taste on poultry, fish and vegetables.

Ingredients: Onion, Spices, Sugar.
Sprinkle on your burger, potato or macaroni salad. For sauce: Add 1/4 cup mix to 1 lb browned ground beef, 4 Tbsp butter and

This is a beautiful seasoning for beef roast where the seasonings harmonize to accent the flavor of natural beef.
Ingredients: Salt, Onion, Garlic, Black Pepper, Cumin, Nutmeg, Cayenne Pepper.
Holiday Beef Tenderloin: Rub 5 lb beef tenderloin with 1/4 cup olive oil; coat with 3 Tbsp Beef Tenderloin Roast Seasoning. Place in roasting pan; cover and chill 8 hours. Bake at 500 F 15 minutes or until browned. Lower temperature to 375 F; bake 20 more minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Let stand 10 minutes. Slice; serve with horseradish mayonnaise. Garnish, if desired.
