Niblack Foods began as a bakery that milled its own flour and specialized in whole grain breads, cookies and pastries.
Certain products like toasted wheat germ, pancake mixes,
cookies and granolas were sold wholesale to a growing
number of health food or whole food stores. Spices, flavors and
seasoning blends were added as we became a resource for
specialty ingredients.
Today, Niblack label products are still produced with the same
desire to make a quality contribution to the table.
Simple ingredients are milled, mixed, or toasted, to produce
value added products that fill a need in the retail whole foods,
food service, and industrial food trades.
We welcome custom blending and processing projects and private label packaging.
Located in Rochester, New York, we have been manufacturing and selling quality baking needs since 1932.
Look for us at the Rochester Public Market in early May.
